Unlike consumer file-sharing services, Acronis File Sync & Share gives organizations complete control over their data, with encryption, access controls, audit trails, and integration with existing backup infrastructure—all while maintaining data sovereignty and compliance.

## How It Works

**1. Deployment** - Administrators configure File Sync & Share through the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud console, defining storage quotas and access policies.

**2. User Provisioning** - Users are created manually or synchronized from Active Directory/Azure AD; each user receives storage allocation.
