## Overview

You can use predefined reports or create custom reports in Soteria Cloud. A report can include any set of dashboard widgets. You can only configure reports for the units you manage. Reports can be sent via email or downloaded on a schedule.

**Note:** To send reports via email, ensure email server settings are configured. The available reports depend on your Cyber Protect Console configuration.

## Available Reports

### Alert Report

Shows alerts that occurred during a specified period.

### Backup Scanning Report

Shows detailed information about detected threats in backups.

### Backups Report

Shows details about current backups and recovery points.

### Daily Activities Report

Shows a summary of activities performed during a specified period.

### Detected Threats Report

Shows details about affected workloads and environment health.

### Disk Health Prediction Report

### Existing Vulnerabilities Report

Shows vulnerabilities for operating systems and applications.

### Patch Management Summary Report

Shows missing, installed, and applicable patches. Details include system patch data.

### Weekly Activities Report

Shows weekly summary of performed activities.

## Configuring Report Settings

### Steps to Customize Reports

1. Log into your management console
2. Navigate to **My Company > Users** and select a user
3. Edit **settings** to enable notification types
4. Configure report schedule and delivery preferences

Schedule reports to be sent automatically at regular intervals to stay informed about your backup environment's health and security status.
