## Overview

Agents installed on managed machines require access to specific hostnames/IP addresses and ports. Most Acronis components use multiple IP addresses. This article provides the complete list of required ports and hostnames for Acronis Cyber Protect.

## Port Requirements

The ports need to be open for **outbound connections** (except for the statistics server, which requires port 44445 for **inbound** connection).

## Important Notes

> ❌ **Inbound Port Requirement:** The statistics server (`arc01.soteriacloud.net`) requires **inbound port 44445** to be open.

## Verification Methods

### Method 1: Telnet Command

Verify connectivity using the telnet command:

telnet [domain/ip] [port]
```

### Method 2: Port Checker Tool

### Method 3: During Installation

The Acronis installer includes an integrated Connection Verification Tool that automatically tests connectivity to required hosts and ports.
